See , you develop an application for a SPECIFIC Android OS Version , say 2.2 (Froyo) ok.
Then you can run the app only on that Android Version and not any other.
1.0.0 means Android Eclair , which is pretty old now.
If your phone is not upgradable to the Version of Android that your app needs , you shall have to either buy a new one or flash a Rom.
P.S.If you’re gonna flash a Rom , be careful as it may void the warranty of your phone.
Good Luck!!
