The rebates browser add-on development experts at Besttoolbars have revealed the results of their latest study. The firm has been investigating if rebates companies can make more from their plugins by analyzing user behavior patterns and assessing data from client projects. Its most recent findings show that rebates companies are able to increase their revenue simply by adding a price comparison feature to their browser add-ons.

The rebates browser add-on development team at Besttoolbars reached this conclusion after careful consideration of the online shopping process. They theorized that when a user shops online with a rebates add-on already installed on their PC, the user goes to their preferred merchants website, views product categories and then individual product pages. When the user opens a products page, the plug-in detects that a product has been viewed and shows similar products to the user, available from other shops at lower prices.

With a price comparison feature, it is possible to highlight the products that are offered by affiliate merchants with a rebates option. The benefit for the user is that they save money, while for the rebates company, users are motivated to shop through the rebates affiliate partners, thereby generating more revenue.

Valery Kuznetsov, Key Projects Manager at Besttoolbars said, We had suspected that there were additional ways for rebates companies to monetize their browser add-ons and through a series of experiments and test runs, we reached the conclusion that a price comparison feature was simple yet effective. It is very easy to add price comparison functionality when developing the add-on originally and once created, it will proactively generate extra funds for the rebates company for as long as the user is actively using the add-on. The comparison functionality adds an extra layer of usefulness for the shopper so it can also be said that as well as making money, this addition will actually improve the user experience.

The findings of this study are just one in a flurry of recent breakthroughs that the Besttoolbars team has made in this area. They also recently discovered that many online rebates companies were also losing revenue by not blocking out other third party add-ons.

Find My Price, a company specialized in tech reviews has accomplished a through market research to discover the best deals currently offered by online retailers for Acers new hybrid tablet, Iconia W510. The list of offers is accompanied by a detailed description and review of the device for readers to get a clear picture what they should expect from the tablet.

According to http://www.FindMyPrice.net the W510 model was described as a satisfactory product due to the good quality price report. While there may still be some aspects that could be improved, the features provided on the hybrid tablet are in most of the cases, better than the ones embedded on similar products.

The long battery life is the feature that has been most praised by reviewers at Find My Price. The tablet can last more than 12 hours, that is, a lot more than these gadgets normally offer. The fact that W510 may be used both as a tablet and as a mini laptop is one of the reasons why Iconia was placed higher among Find My Prices products. A downside is that the keyboard is lighter and thinner than the tablet and the user gets the impression that the device will overturn.

Iconias small dimensions and attractive metal case constitute two more reasons why Find My Price analysts think the tablet is worthy of being taken into consideration by customers. The dimensions of the tablet are 6.60 x 10.18 x 0.35 inches, but the device could get a little bit thicker after the keyboard dock is added.

The internal components are not to be neglected, either, according to Find My Price. The hybrid tablet has a 1.8 GHz Intel Atom processor, 2 GB memory and 64 GB hard drive capacity. These components are good enough to enable owners to perform most of the daily activities without experiencing any problems and glitches. Moreover, the tablet is running on Windows 8, which works great with the 10.1-inch and the 1366 x 768 resolution touch screen.

Find My Price recommends Iconia W510 even though some of its features may not be highly advanced, such as, the 2 MP and the 8 MP front and rear-facing cameras. Nevertheless, the product has a good starting price ($ 579.99) at online retailers and, therefore, is worth taking into consideration.

A new study by Besttoolbars in to the effectiveness of online charity cash back companies has revealed a dynamic new way that such organizations can increase their revenues. While monitoring the use of its cash back browser add-on development services, Besttoolbars found that the simple addition of a price comparison feature can lead to greater revenue streams. The price comparison feature can be added to the charitys cash back browser add-ons at the development stage.

In the course of the Besttoolbars study, it was able to determine a cycle of typical user activity. It identified that the typical charity cash back add-on usage began with any internet user about to make an online purchase. As they were shopping online, it found that the addition of a price comparison feature made a purchase much more likely. In this scenario, the add-on would run on the users computer or tablet, they would visit an online retailer and navigate to their desired product page. Upon opening the product page, the plug in detects that a product is being viewed and shows similar products (or the same product in some cases), available from other retailers online at a lower price.

With a charity cash back browser add-on developed with a price comparison feature, Besttoolbars identified that at this stage, it was possible to highlight products offered by affiliate merchants. This made it very clear which retailers offered cash back benefits to the charity. This very simple addition ensured that the user could easily make a purchase safe in the knowledge that a portion of their purchase price would be sent to the selected charity at the same time.

Besttoolbars determined that the benefit for the charity is that users become more motivated to shop through cash back affiliate partners, therefore helping to actively generate more revenue for the charity in question than a plug-in alone.

Valery Kuznetsov Key Projects Manager, Our cash back browser add-on development team is always looking for new ways to make our service more effective for clients. We were pleased to be able to prove that the simple addition of a price comparison feature could lead to such a positive results for online charity cash back companies. Were constantly studying user behavior patterns and plug in usage to provide even greater value for clients and look forward to publishing further findings in this area shortly.

Find My Price, new e-commerce provider, released a statement on Monday announcing a new price report for Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5339.

The notebook has been compared to other devices available on the market after being tested by some of the most experienced reviewers at Find My Price.

According to Sam Nook, the spokesperson of http://www.FindMyPrice.net, the price report which will be published on the companys website on Tuesday, contains a detailed description of the product, analysts recommendation, as well as the best deals available on the market at present.

Toshiba Satellite C885D-S5339 has been included in the low-budget category of products described on Find My Price. Several factors have pushed analysts at Find My Price to reach this conclusion, including the fact that the device has been endowed with low-end components.

Satellite is more appropriate for word processing and Internet-related activities as more advanced activities, such as, video editing and gaming can cause the laptop to run slow. The processor, AMD E-Series Dual-Core E-300 1.3 GHz, and the 2 GB memory capacity cannot support multiple tasks at the same time, according to reviewers. The 320 GB hard drive is great for owners who dont usually download and install many programs, but customers who have many files on their laptops, may find them insufficient.

Even though the notebook does not have the most advanced features, it can, nevertheless, deliver very good image and video quality thanks to the 15.6-inch and the 1366 x 768-pixel resolution display. The operating software (Windows 8) is compatible both with touch and non-touch based screens, so customers who prefer the new software to the detriment of the older versions, will be pleased with Toshiba Satellite.

The current model is available on Amazon for $ 349.99. It comes in one shade, Satin Black Trax and it weighs 5.5 pounds. The laptop is easy to carry around because it only measures 9.53 x 14.96 x 1.31 inches, a big plus considering that the battery life (4.5 hours) gives owners the possibility to use their laptop for a long period of time without recharging it.

Find My Price has made a reputation by publishing highly accurate and well-documented reviews, product descriptions, pros and cons articles and market reports. Visitors have always been satisfied with the information displayed on the companys website.
