Question by that girl.: On the Samsung Galaxy 1900 will the Wifi automatically be used over the paid internet if the signal sign is?
On the Samsung Galaxy 1900 will the Wifi automatically be used over the paid internet if the signal sign is shown for both??

Best answer:

Answer by Ashlesh
Not just on a Samsung Galaxy 1900, but on any wifi enabled smart phone.

IT WILL NOT USE wifi automatically over a paid internet.

usually there is a option stating “use roaming data service when internet is not available”

you should disable it this will force your smartphone to use the wifi rather than the paid internet.

you can find it in wireless settings normally

Hope it helped,
Even I had the same issue

Oceanhouse Media, Inc. Reaches One Million Paid App Downloads on the App Store

Michel Kripalani, Founder and President of Oceanhouse Media

Encinitas, Calif. (Vocus/PRWEB) January 24, 2011

Michel Kripalani, founder and president of Oceanhouse Media, Inc., today announced the company has crossed the one million mark in paid app downloads on Apple’s App Store. Kripalani will be a panelist at this week’s Digital Book World Conference and Expo in New York on Jan. 26 where he’ll discuss the topic “New Kind of Publisher for a New Kind of Product: Emerging Models for Digital Children’s Book Publishing.”

Seven of the company’s omBooks(TM) (Oceanhouse Media digital books) have reached the number one spot on the App Store in the Top Paid Book category. They include: Dr. Seuss’s ABC; The Lorax; One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish; The Cat in the Hat; Green Eggs and Ham; The Berenstain Bears and the Golden Rule; and Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Additionally, the company has held the number one spot in Kids Games with Grinchmas! and in Finance with Money, and the Law of Attraction.

Oceanhouse Media is a major player in the digital book market for iOS (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad) and Android(TM) devices. In the two years since their founding, the company has released more than 150 apps ranging in price from $ 0.99 to $ 15.99.

“It seems hard to believe that just two and a half years ago, the general public had no real concept of an app. Today apps are everywhere,” said Kripalani. “When Oceanhouse Media was founded in early 2009, there were about 15,000 apps on the App Store. Today, that number is over 300,000. 2010 was a milestone year for Oceanhouse Media and we foresee 2011 being just as active, with more than 100 omBooks being released as well as dozens of other apps across the Books, Education, Photography, Health & Fitness, and Finance categories.”

Oceanhouse Media has licensing agreements with Dr. Seuss Enterprises, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company, Zondervan (a division of HarperCollins), Hay House, Chronicle Books, Character Arts, Holiday Hill Farms and Mercer Mayer (author of the Little Critter (R) series of books). In many cases, the company works directly with authors to bring their beloved books to the digital market.

“As an author, I love nothing more than to see young kids engaged in reading and relating to the story being told,” said Mayer, award-winning author and illustrator of the Little Critter (R) books. “The digital versions of my books maintain the fun nature of the characters, enhanced with rich narration and background music. The interactive features of omBooks do wonders to enhance the educational value of my books.”

There are five omBooks available by Mercer Mayer on the App Store, including All By Myself, I Just Forgot, Just Me and My Dad, Just Grandma and Me, and the latest addition, The New Baby.

Darien, IL (PRWEB) August 6, 2008

Pick&Choose – Groceries is now available. And so far, users have given the application a big thumbs up. Since the iTunes store launched a month ago, the comprehensive, easy-to-use program has been at or near the top of all grocery store applications.

“Clearly the iPhone is a great place to keep your grocery list,” said Brian Rice of Software Designs Dev. Corp., the company behind the program. “It’s always with you when you think of something to add. And, it’s there when you stop by the grocery store too. With Pick&Choose, you can even email the list so someone else can do the shopping!”

Pick&Choose – Groceries allows users to create a list with no typing involved. Instead, users can create a list from a highly detailed pre-set database of over 1,500 items grouped into categories for easy browsing or searching. Use the handy search as you type feature to quickly and easily find and add items and quantities. The application also allows users to add custom items to the database, allowing Pick&Choose – Groceries to support lists of any grocery items conceivable.

One unique feature, the Quantity Spinner, allows users to create phrases like “3 Bunches of Bananas” or “2 Jars of Barbeque Sauce” without any typing at all.

iPhone users have responded to the application’s stellar feature set and user-friendliness by making Pick&Choose – Groceries an unqualified success.

“Pick&Choose has consistently appeared in the Top Paid Apps section of iTunes since the launch of Apples iPhone App Store,” Rice said. “No other dedicated grocery list application has done that. The program has a four star rating and has received many good reviews from users.”
