Nashville, TN (PRWEB) June 14, 2012

The recent introduction of FaceTime chat capabilities via cellular data, as opposed to only using this feature via Wi-Fi, can positively affect cell tower land owners pocketbooks. The announcement of this upgraded feature was made by Apple CEO Tim Cook on June 11, 2012, and accompanied news of a Fall launch for Apples latest software, the iOS 6 which will be available to consumers using the iPhone 4s and the iPad 3. These two devices alone comprise a large portion of iPhone and iPad users in the United States. According to Consumer Intelligence Research Partners [CIRP], an astounding 89% of all iPhone sales since October of 2011 are the 4s generation while recent research conducted by Localytics indicates that the iPad 3 accounts for 20% of all iPads in the United States.

The iOS 6 software for the iPhone and iPad will bring upgrades to functionalities within these devices and new features, in particular, the usage of cellular data to conduct a FaceTime phone call. According to Todd Day, Senior Industry Analyst in the mobile and wireless division at Frost and Sullivan, FaceTime chat can use nearly 3 mb of data per minute. FaceTime chat via cellular data, among other iOS 6 features utilizing additional wireless data, will continue to pose strains on wireless carriers due to the upcoming hike in data usage. Currently, ten wireless carriers in the United States provide iPhone and iPad devices, including the top three carriers: Verizon, AT&T and Sprint.

With the constant rise of telecommunication technologies and data intensive software, there must be an adequate amount of cell phone towers to provide enough signal strength, bandwidth and frequency capacity to support these technologies and software.

Supply and demand is exemplified in this case, with cellular phone towers and their capacity, value, and negotiations related to the placement of new cell phone towers and the existing leases of current ones. Many property owners leasing their land for the placement of cell towers do not realize how valuable their land is to the telecom industry especially in this era of extreme technological advances.

With strains being imposed on current wireless networks, one would think high demand for capacity would equate to increases in cell tower rent revenues, benefiting the property owners who allow cell phone towers on their private land. Though the value of a property owners land increases due to this demand, the majority of land owners never realize it, therefore are never paid their fair value for the lease of their land. This disparity of information is what the telecoms and tower developers rely on. Until now, there has not been an advocate fighting for these property owners rights to fair value for their cell tower leases.

Vertical Consultants, successfully demands fair treatment for property owners engaged in cell tower leases and those looking to enter into one. Vertical consultants experience in the telecom industry has allowed successful recoupments and rent increases from the largest telecoms and tower developers in the world, with total dollar amounts in the millions.

Hugh D. Odom the President and Founder of Vertical Consultants states that The reliance of everyone on wireless technology continues to grow at an astonishing rate throughout the United States. True value of the wireless industry will always be rooted in the need for locations on the ground, facilitating the equipment required to establish networks essential in meeting societys growing wireless demand. Our goal is to make sure that property owners have the information and representation they need to obtain true value for the use of their land. These properties are the true foundation of the wireless industry, not the steel towers protruding from them.

Vertical Consultants was founded in 2010 by Hugh Odom and is comprised of a group of wireless industry veterans with more than forty (40) years of combined experience. Vertical Consultants specializes in issues surrounding the wireless telecom industry and prides itself as a source of information for property owners. Vertical Consultants experience in the industry allows it to offer its clients unmatched services, expertise and results allowing it to bill itself as cell tower lease experts. Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) June 22, 2006

Audiofy Corporation, publishers of audiobooks on tiny digital memory cards, this month announced new compatibility with Apple iPod media players, through updated software that rapidly transfers the contents of Audiofy audiobook chips to these popular listening devices.

Owners of Audiofy audiobook chips and Apple iPod media players have been invited to publicly test this beta software, under the pilot program announced by Audiofy Corporation. The latest release of Audiofy’s new software feature – called “ChipZip!” — supports all Apple iPod media players with displays (excluding iPod shuffle models), connected to any computer running Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Apple Mac OS X 10.3.9 and above.

Audiofy audiobook chips already play on a diverse array of computers, handheld PDAs and mobile smartphones that accept SD memory cards. This multiplatform support includes desktop and laptop computers running Microsoft Windows or Apple Mac OS X, Palm and Microsoft Pocket PC handheld PDAs, and Treo and Windows Mobile smartphones.

“Since Audiofy began selling audiobooks on memory cards over a year and a half ago, owners of Apple iPod media players have asked us almost daily about compatibility,” said Cartwright Reed, President of Audiofy. “Listeners love that Audiofy audiobook chips can hold 10, 20 or 30 hours of audio in about the space of a postage stamp,

without taking any time to download, or tying up an Internet connection potentially for hours. Since audiobook chips are something physical and tangible, they are easy to lend and share, give as gifts, and move in just seconds from computers to handheld players to smartphones. They’ve opened up new opportunities for retailers.”

“Opening up Audiofy’s platform to work with Apple iPod media players, a device so many audiobook enthusiasts already own, just makes sense,” Reed said. “We’re pleased to add another level of convenience to Audiofy’s products.”

Owners of Audiofy Audiobook Chips can download Audiofy’s ChipZip! application immediately from http://chipzip.audiofy.com/ and the updated software will remain available for free to all Audiofy audiobook chip owners.

All Audiofy products comply with the “Audiobook Compatible” standard established by the Audio Publishers Association and the Consumer Electronics Association.

when you type passwords, there may be “remember passwords ” ticked in firefox passwords are saved,so go to tools and never save pass words(.if your email is seen usually the case.)
or you can delete private data in options of both opera and firefox, ofcourse need to get permission from owner of cafe/attendant.
