Outlook Import, http://www.outlookimport.com, a renowned developer of efficient and reliable data conversion, migration and recovery tools, announces the release of an updated version of Outlook Import Wizard, a professional solution that greatly facilitates Mac Mail to Outlook migration. The software allows users to import EMLX to Outlook, making Mac Mail to Outlook migration possible in just two easy steps. Email messages in the form of standard EML files can be extracted from Mac Mail .MBOX files using a specialized free tool available from Outlook Import or can be saved in the EMLX format using the standard functionality of Mac Mail. Once done, the user can import EMLX to Outlook with the help of Outlook Import Wizard by enabling a special preprocessing option in the conversion dialog. The only non-automated activity in such a scenario is the physical transfer of EMLX files from a Mac computer to the PC with the destination copy of Microsoft Outlook installed.

Outlook Import Wizard offers an extremely intuitive wizard-driven interface that guides the user though the process and helps import EMLX to Outlook in a semi-automatic batch mode, making conversion mistakes impossible. The program offers a number of conversion options for adjusting the process to the users needs and flawlessly handles the conversion of extremely large collections of emails from Mac Mail to Outlook. The software is fully compatible with 32- and 64-bit versions of Outlook and supports all major Windows versions, including Windows 8.

Since Outlook remains the number one email exchange solution in the world, especially in the corporate segment, its no surprise that so many users are migrating to it from other email applications and even other platforms, explains Atie Uhan, Head of Development at Outlook Import. We are proud to be offering one of the most functional and convenient tools on the market that really turns this seemingly complex migration task into something that most users can do on their own.

In its weekly news update, Business Travel Management goes over handy mobile apps for travellers. The apps make traveling a bit easier by touching on areas like itinerary, calculating points, finding ones way around a new city, and more. Below are some of the apps mentioned in their news update.

Qantas app for Windows Phone 7 is now also available on iPhone. It offers mobile check-in, helps with baggage check-ins, notifies users where the airport lounge is, and reports the weather at their travel destination.

Standout features include live updates on your phones home screen to help you keep tabs on your flight without opening the app, and the ability to pin individual flights to the home screen to help juggle several segments of a complicated trip, says Jake Hower, Business Travel Managements Managing Director.

Frequent Flyer Calculator First Class is an app on iPhone and Android that manages Qantas Frequent Flyer points. It calculates how many Qantas Frequent Flyer points and Status Credits a traveller will earn based on their travel class and status. It even works with complicated itineraries that span several flights across Qantas and its OneWorld partners (British Airways, American Airlines, Cathay Pacific, etc.). FFC also allows travellers to track how many status credits they need to reach the next tier.

TripIt is available on the Windows Phone 7, iPhone, and Android phones. It allows travellers to organize all their travel into a master itinerary. Heres how TripIt works: you forward your confirmation email from each booking to your TripIt account. TripIt then extracts relevant details and puts them together in a master itinerary, adding in weather reports and maps, explained Mr. Hower. TripIt also allows synchronizing of itinerary to Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Exchange, or Apples iCal.

Yelp is available on Windows Phone 7, Android, and iPhone. It offers consumer reviews of local businesses to help travellers find good service providers and restaurants in an unfamiliar city.

For travellers who frequent NYC, there is KickMap and The Scoop. KickMap is an iPhone app that gives a 24/7 NYC subway map. The Scoop is also only available on iPhone and gives the New York Times staffs list of favorite restaurants, bars, coffee shops, stores, events, New York City experiences, and day trips.

About Business Travel Management

Business Travel Management is a division of Pan Australian Travel Pty Ltd, which has been in operation since the late 1950s. It is 100% owned and operated by two Australian directors, Chris Daniels and Jake Hower.

Chris and Jake came up with the idea for Business Travel Management after they realized that existing travel companies did not cater well to small and medium enterprises. Meanwhile, Pan Australian Travel was already servicing an existing core of SME clients, so it already had deep expertise in this market segment.

Therefore, Chris and Jake formed Business Travel Management in 2012 to cater to SME business travelers.

Question by Art-tastic123: What is a really good software movie making for MAC?
I have a MAC computer and I make and shoot a lot of video’s. iMovie is way to basic for me. Is there something out there like iPulp-Animation? It needs to be 100% FREE! Its ok if the creator of the software asks for donations, as long as I don’t have to! The software can not be a demo either because then when im done with my finished piece it says DEMO DEMO DEMO all over it!

I have a Windows computer as well. So there could be a FREE software for Windows too!

Why iMovie is so basic for me is because you cant do much with what your shooting! Lets say I wanted to shoot an interview, There would be a bar at the bottom saying who the person is. Or if I was a News person, I would have “News at 8″ or something around me.

Must have:
* 100% FREE
* Windows or Mac
* Not DEMO
* Must have many “borders” (like The News or Interviews)
* Must have sound effects
* must beable to import from video camera.

Thanks!

As most people known,HOTSPOT is a thing that can provide wireless Internet access.How to setting windows 7 become WiFi hotspot? In several situation, you are likely to create WiFi hotspot fast so that other wireless hardware can take benefit the internet connection. You may use Connectify that can play magic Windows 7 becomes instant WiFi hotspot.

Connectify

Tips: It’s only works with Windows 7 Home and above, Starter is not supported.

Installing connectify.

Tips:Just need the software installed on your Win7 books, your friends, classmates laptop can connect to your notebook to a wireless Internet; if your phone supports Wi-Fi, can also laptop wireless Internet access, no flow fee.

Under settings, type in a name for the WiFi network, a password to access it, then decide the type of internet connection you want to share. It allows LAN, VirtualBox Host-Only, Wireless Network Connection, and no Internet sharing. When you’re ready, click on the Start Hotspot button.

Now you’ll see it running and can begin connecting your other wireless computers and/or devices.

Now that Connectify is running on the Windows 7 laptop, In this example we go over to an XP laptop and connect it. Open up Wireless Networks and you’ll see the new hotspot we just created that you can connect to.

You’ll be prompted to enter in the Network Key (password) you set in Connectify twice, then click on Connect.

Wait for a moment while a network address is acquired…

Here you can see the XP machine is connected to the Geek-fi network we created on the Windows 7 machine.

When you go back to the Windows 7 machine you can see the device(s) connected. It also keeps track of devices that were previously connected as well.

Right click on the Connectify icon in the tray to get different options for running it.

Virtual Wi-Fi was going to be a cool Windows 7 feature to turn PCs into a Wi-Fi access-point, so devices could share a connection without special software. It missed the cut, but this free app finishes the work Microsoft abandoned.

Some of the code that Microsoft Research used to virtualize one Wi-Fi card as several adapters still made its way into Windows 7′s underpinnings. Connectify completes the job.

The result is a shared connection that differs to the usual “ad hoc” network connection, because it shows up as a real access point, reverts to default settings each time you restart, and you can join a Wi-Fi network and run the Connectify hotspot on the same Wi-Fi card. Traffic can also be encrypted using WPA-2 Personal (AES).

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) June 8, 2007

A rock band from the east side of Seattle is pulling download numbers that record labels love to see. Their website has been up for less than three weeks and they are pulling download numbers that are mind boggling. The problem: they are not signed to any record label and they could care less if they ever do get signed.

As a matter of fact, according to the fab four’s website located at http://www.thexboxboys.com they only want one company to represent them, and that company is Microsoft.

In what can only be seen as an extreme love for Microsoft’s game console X box 360, four Seattle geeks have done what no one before them has ever done: create a unique one-of-a-kind idea to win an endorsement contract from Microsoft.

The good news? They did it without any bling. No girls wagging, no gold chains, no raunchy lyrics and not one mention of drugs or sex. They are just four regular guys doing something unique and original.

According to their website, they were brought together by a dream that led all four of them to a place near the Microsoft campus known as Redmond Woods at noon. When the four arrived, they were greeted by an old man known as “Grandfather” who pleads with them to follow their destiny and become The X Box Boys.

A comic strip located on the four’s website takes readers on a colorful journey and readers can actually become engrossed as they see grandfather digging up what looks like the Microsoft 360 ORB and holding it to the sky, directing it to find the four that will “Uphold gaming integrity and the light in the world of gaming”. With further research, one finds the “Scroll’s of Orb”, which seem to have been around since the time of Moses, and also the “Orb” itself, which each one of the X Box Boys seem to be responsible for.

With only one goal in mind and with ages ranging from 17 to 35, the X Box Boys have taken the gaming industry by storm with record download numbers coming in from as far away as India, China, Mexico and South America.

Some of the videos are being downloaded on the popular site YouTube and it is hard to tell the correct download numbers as the video is everywhere. One particular release located at YouTube has nothing but praise for the green men.

Success does not come without the naysayer crowd, however. The racy website Kotaku.com, known for its ridiculous blog entries, was quick to jump on the boys’ success and took it upon themselves to do a feature piece on the X Box Boys, exposing their actual identities before the boys ever launched the completed version of their website. Kotaku.com also felt the need to mention the fact that each one of the boys are Christians.

Regardless of the naysayer bunch at Kotaku.com, and the replies the blog is getting, the songs have nothing to do with converting people to anything other than X Box 360.

The first song the band released, “X Box Live”, is shredding it up and the band recently backed it up with another music video called “Kill Raam”. The popular video game Gears of War has a bad guy that is almost impossible to beat on the game setting insane.

A message written to Microsoft on the band’s website kindly asks for an endorsement, and according to the band’s lead singer, P-Box, they have yet to hear from Mr. Bill.

Whether the band ever gets its wish and wins an endorsement is anyone’s guess, but in the meantime, gaming fans are downloading the videos “X Box Live” and “Kill Raam” in record numbers and that can’t be harming Microsoft.

Let’s face it, free advertising is sometimes the best advertising.
