I have similar problem with counterstrike every time i reinstall it.
I've no idea how it could be used with a non steam based browser based game but here is the code and instructions for how to fix the error for CSS. If your any good with the technical things which it seems you are from your error log maybe you can edit it for your browser or to force it onto runescape somehow.

[fix to counter strike boot error right click on the cs shortcut on your desktop click properties add "-steam +mat_forcehardwaresync 0 +snd_async_prefetch_priority 1" on the end of the target without the "]

Good luck,

btw I stopped playing runescape sometime ago and got back onto Dia2 but i have a few hundred k and a shield of guthix i no longer need. can drop for you if you want.

The first thing you are missing is the rest of your code. Yahoo ate it. And they butchered much of the rest of it as well.
When you have this much code, you should use a site like pastebin.com. Post the code there, then post a link to it here.

The second thing you are missing is…we need a hint. What do you think is missing? What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Does the code not compile? If not, which lines generate errors, and what are the errors?
Does the code compile but fail to run at all? If so…what are the errors?
Or does the code run, but not do what you expect it to do? If so…what does it do, and what do you expect it to do?
With that much code, you need to help us know what to focus on.

This error is intermittent. The best thing to do is to reinstall JRE from scratch.
