Beth LaMontagne Hall’s City Hall: Despite appeals, teachers won’t talk concessions
Mayor Ted Gatsas has talked with the city’s teacher unions about health insurance concessions. So has Superintendent Thomas Brennan. On Wednesday, the Board of School Committee asked the two to try again. Manchester Education Association President Scott McGilvray said on Thursday the members aren’t interested in talking.
