I was more used to maintaining inventories on a computer rather than on paper and really had a tough time persuading my boss to move from paper to digital. It was only recently that he had given us the green signal and we had begun to store all data on Microsoft Excel 2010. The carpet business required loads of data to be recorded and stored, on a daily basis, and I found it cumbersome to store and then track everything on paper. Microsoft Excel was an old friend and the newest version 2010 is friendlier than ever which means my efficiency in storing, tracking, analyzing and reporting data had gone up considerably.

That day everything started off fine until Microsoft Excel 2010 started playing up. I realized it would just not start. It was surely a panic situation for me as all order lists, delivery lists, and cleaning data were stored in Excel which appeared to have crashed. The hard copies of the data were all sent to the warehouse as we no longer needed them… we had turned digital!! I was imagining my boss yelling at me and I knew it would be awful because I had been the one to pester him into going digital in the first place. I was hyperventilating and I knew I needed help. I searched Google for possible solutions. There flashed several tips on how to fix Microsoft Excel 2010 crash issue, but most of them were do-it-yourself solutions, and I was too scared to even think of fixing the issue myself.

Then I came across this website http://office-2010.iyogi.net and it seemed that they were describing my specific problem and that they would fix it by taking remote access. I called and they asked me to pay 0 for their service. I was shocked! But then they explained that the money was for a full year’s subscription to unlimited support from them and that they could fix almost anything over the Internet and via remote access. I’ll be honest I was freaking out and on another day I may have hung up. But I needed help with my Microsoft Excel 2010. When I saw what they could do and how they did it I was amazed that this service was available. I decided that I had done the right thing in subscribing because even a small business like ours needs adequate and timely support.

Today, after days of training my boss on how to use Microsoft Excel 2010, I feel like a winner. By his own admission, this application was safe and reliable and very easy to use. With this, there should be no workplace computer worries anymore…

San Antonio, TX (PRWEB) June 26, 2010

Milliamp LTD (milliamp.com), a company that provides repair products and services for Apple’s iPhone, made a shocking discovery late Wednesday of this week that iPhone 3GS users who have had their battery replaced with an aftermarket, generic, third-party battery are not able to successfully update their iPhone firmware to the latest iOS4.

Anyone who has had their iPhone 3GS battery replaced using a 3rd party (eBay, craigslist, Amazon, iPhone repair companies, etc.) may find that, upon trying to update their firmware to iOS4, iTunes will return Error 29. The iPhone may stay in ‘Recovery Mode’, and will not be usable at this point.

Short of re-replacing the battery with an original stock Apple battery, there is currently no fix for this solution yet. Milliamp quickly responded to all of its’ iPhone 3GS customers that received a battery regarding this problem via email. “We do not know if this is an issue that will quickly fade away with a yet-to-be-released iOS4 patch from Apple, or if this outcome was by design, but we will eventually get to the bottom of it.”, said owner Anthony Magnabosco.

For the moment, individuals in this predicament are being advised to hold off on updating their iPhone 3GS to the new iOS4, until a solution can be found. The issue does not appear to affect the 1st Generation iPhone, iPhone 3G, or any of the other iPod models.

There has been wide speculation the update error may be purposely caused by Apple to discourage aftermarket battery replacements. However, there have also been reports of issues with battery life and iOS4 for consumers who have not replaced their 3GS battery.

“We have been able to use iRecovery to get past the Error 29 using an iPhone with an aftermarket battery, but unfortunately, the phone still exhibits unstable behavior and even reboots on its own,” added Magnabosco.

Milliamp LTD promised to keep its customers (and the general public) in the loop as the situation develops. For updates, please head to Milliamp’s Blog and/or Twitter page.
