Dll errors often come when there is an entry in shared dll registry section for a dll which is not present on the computer. Programs generally remove files but not registry entries upon uninstallation. Such can be fixed using good registry cleaner like RegInOut .If your system is missing a windows dll then you might have to repair your installation after fixing the previous registry entry of that dll using RegInOut.

I am sure it will help you.

How To Solve Windows
by nimboo

For Windows to boot properly, Hal.dll and Ntoskrnl.exe files should match with each other or else the system will fail to boot. This is because all implementations of Windows Hardware Abstraction Layer(HAL) are dependent on Windows kernel in some or other way and thus, they come in matching sets. A Windows based system prompts errors and prevents you to access the stored files and folders if these files mismatch. In such cases, if no suitable backup is available, you need to use a powerful hard drive recovery utility that could extract the data.

For an instance, consider that use a Windows XP based computer system. You start the computer and receive an error message, as below: “Windows could not start because of an error in the software. Please report this problem as : load needed DLLs for kernel. Please contact your support person to report this problem.” You cannot boot into the system and cannot access the files stored.

Cause

The prime reason for this error message to occur is that Hal.dll and Ntoskrnl.exe files mismatch.

Solution

To solve file mismatch issue, you need to follow the below steps:

Boot the computer using Windows XP installation disc. To do so, first configure your system to start from CD or DVD drive. Press any key, when prompted for Start Recovery Console by pressing ‘R’ at ‘Welcome to Setup’ screen Select the Windows installation to be repaired Specify the root administrator password, when prompted for Run bootcfg /list command through command prompt and note the entries of your Boot.ini file Run bootcfg /rebuild command To add Windows installations to the Boot.ini file, you need to follow the on-screen instructions Exit the Recovery Console Execute fixboot command

Try to duplicate the above behavior. If the error persists, reinstall Windows XP and restore from backup. In case of any backup concerns, scan the hard disk using a commercial Hard Drive Recovery Software to restore missing files and folders. Hard Drive Recovery utilities are powerful tools designed with advanced technology to safely recover the lost data.

Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery is a comprehensive recovery utility that salvages lost data for Windows 7 RC1, Vista, XP, 2003 and 2000 based systems. It is a reliable Hard Drive Recovery tool that provides advanced options, like File Filter, Append Header, RAW File Recovery and others. It supports FAT32, VFAT, NTFS and NTFS5 file systems.

Author is researching on the hard drive related problems and explains the situations that can cause data loss .Author has given solution to hard drive recovery and suggested to usehard drive recovery softwarefor lost data recovery.

It may not be a standard virus but rather a rootKit. See this http://www.viruslist.com/en/analysis?pubid=168740859 on how to get rid of those.

Virus scanners have to be designed to look for rootkits

First off, there is no reason to make someone jealous of you. Who cares about this kid, you probably wont even know him in 5 years. As far as getting smarter, you just need to study more. To alot of people things come very easy to them and they are just naturally smart, but some people have to study a little extra. Just study more to get smarter but dont do it because you wanna make some other kid jealous.

Question by Bruce: Does God see me as selfish because I am against taking other people’s money to pay for health care?
I’m still trying to sort out the moral dimensions of the Obamacare bill rammed through Congress by one party over the opposition of the majority of Americans. Liberal Christians have argued that our obligation to care for the poor justifies seizing the earnings of others to pay for their health care, and they say that opposition to socialized medicine indicates a mean-spirited selfishness and indifference to the suffering of the poor.

Conservative Christians see our obligation to be generous with our own money, not with someone else’s. They see Obamacare by taxation and redistribution as evading this personal responsibility, and thus ultimately selfish in refusing to provide charity from out of one’s own pocket.

The political argument is whether turning over health care to government will improve services or whether it will lead to delayed treatments, an exodus of doctors, a halt to the development of better medicines and technology, and death panels to ration treatment. The moral argument is which side, if any, is heartless and selfish.

It is the latter question I am addressing here. In God’s eyes, am I selfish if I oppose paying for health care out of other people’s pockets, or if I favor paying for health care out of other people’s pockets?
Soulless, I don’t remember Obama campaigning that bureaucrats would henceforth be making our healthcare decisions. But you are mistaking my question as political. I am asking what positions on the government takeover say about our selfishness or generosity. Since other nationalities face similar choices, I am not restricting my question to Americans.
Mike K, you make an interesting political argument, though I disagree that when insurance companies compete, we lose; rather, we are the beneficiaries. However, I wonder what you make of the moral question I tried to separate from the political issue?
Domenic, the US already has uses taxes to help pay for medical care for the chronically poor (Medicaid, free emergency services) and for the elderly (Medicaid). My question is narrower: Is it selfish to refuse to confiscate money earned by someone else to pay for health services for the non-poor and non-elderly?
So Mikey, those opposed to Obamacare are “selfish bigots who didn’t want to lose one precious cent to care for others who might be of some other race”? And those who seize others earnings, refusing to give out of their own pockets, are generous? How do you figure?
