Question by Ricardo Cruz: Why does my hotmail keeps sending spam?
My hotmail keeps sending spam emails to random contacts not in my contact list every 10 minutes or so. It’s annoying to see that spam on the “Sent” list, and If it starts affecting my contacts it’s kinda annoying, so, is there any way to remove it? I’ve scanned my computer with the most kinds of scan possible, and still, I can’t find the threat/virus.

First, change your password. Very, very important.
Then use Malwarebytes to find any problems.

Sounds like your computer has an infection, might be part of a botnet http://www.tech-faq.com/botnet.html
MalwareBytes Anti-Malware or SuperAntiSpyware should find and remove any infection on your computer.
You might want to look at using PrivateFirewall, a very good firewall which monitors outgoing email traffic and warns if it seems unusually high.
