I can not access my Blogger/Google “dashboard” thank you for your advise
Was unable to find answer on google help.

Good Question. First of all check your Gmail account. Than reg at Blogger.com Than log in into your blogger.com. If you use old version of blogger platform you can see your dashboard into upper right side bar.

I think all done really.
