Question by tempo1: For Windows “7″ users only…a question?
Can anyone who is using the new Windows 7 RC, take a look in their C:\Program Files and let me know if there is a default folder there named “sfx”, w/o the quotes.
SUPERantispyware is reporting it’s contents as Trojan Agent but its just a bunch of WAV files. Not sure if it’s a part of Windows 7 or not.
I suspect a false-positive.

There isnt anything named that in mine. I checked Program Files and Program Files x86.
Its probably nothing bad but I doubt it would hurt to delete it.

WAV files are easy mediums for malicious coding.
I’d say trash it, or put it in a zip folder. If you notice its messing something up, you can extract it back.
I have 2 computers currently running Windows 7 RC1, 1 32-bit and 1 64-bit and I do not have a folder in C:Programs FilesSFX in either one. So you might want to let superantispyware take care of this.
