And are there any better browsers and upgrades for this “Windows CE”? I want windows live messenger & firefox on there.

If you want install the Windows Live Messenger and Firefox ,why don’t you change the OS,you can build a Windows Xp,then you can install all the softwares you want.
Windows CE is not a very good system to common people,It’s too old ,even netbooks are built Window7 Home Basic today.

If you install the right operating system that is developed for the netbooks then you would have a fast system it would boot up in 20 seconds, Windows was never developed for the netbooks in the first place. why Manufactures install windows is a mystery when they know it runs slow and causes problems for the users,
